This was one of our favourite projects! We staged this vacant one bedroom condo in a very popular building on Richards Street. The owners lived in Calgary and wanted this condo to get on and off the market as quickly as possible. Their wish was granted! After being on the market for just 6 days this condo sold for $7000 over the asking price after a brief bidding war.
