Epic Empire Designs staged this former student pad after its tenants graduated from university. The out-of-province owners wanted a quick and stress free sale so they contacted us to get it dressed for success. We carefully considered the target market of buyers, in partnership with the REALTOR, and furnished the space with them in mind. Modern furniture, contemporary art and clean lines were of great appeal to the market and this condo sold in 2 weeks. How’s that for stress free?
