I know I shouldn’t have favourites but I have to say, this was one of my favourite projects. When we met the owner of this townhouse, he was so frustrated from having his property sit on the market nearly one year without any action. The carrying costs were adding up quickly and he wanted it sold! The floor plan was quite odd; at first glance, the main living space appeared small and dark. We staged this area & illustrated the best of use of space. The results spoke for themselves: the property sold in 22 days! To say the owner was thrilled would be an understatement; he left us the most heartfelt ‘thank you’ message in our voice mail, which we will never forget.
